At this historic speech at the Kevorkian National Convention, stinky said those immortal words and he is going to do everything in his power to make it become a reality.  Congress has spent far too long spending the American people into poverty.  Its not the governments money so they should give it back unless the budget item is important to the people.  That is a bare bones budget and that is what Stinky will present to congress.
