After meeting at length with members of the transitional Iraqi government Stinky has a vision to get folks who know how to do things involved.  The most experienced people at government transitions on the planet at this point are the Russians.  Stinky will flesh out a plan which will, just like it did for the Russians, ensure the toppling of statues was just the beginning for the noble people of Iraq.
